One for the family album

This was taken on our Scotland Trip - we took the "SeaProbe Atlantis" cruise from Kyle of Lochalsh which is the last point on the mainland before you get on the Skye Bridge to get to the Isle of Skye. I found this little cruise quite amazing - its nice to know that the people who run this cruise are not just knowledgeable about the wildlife around them but are also actually concerned about the same. When these seals where spotted (there was a large group of seals on a tiny island) - the skipper immediately told us not to rush and make any noise just to avoid any panic and stampede among the seals. Happy to know that we are moving to a period in civilization where care for other species on the planet is becoming a part of our existence here, at least for a few of us.

Ohhh, I remember well that Skype Bridge, Thomas! But I did NOT remember seeing any seals. But then, we didn't go on any cruises. You did it for us, I see. smile Look at how they're looking at each other so lovingly! Yes, we need to protect them all.
Thomas Mathew: I'm glad you liked the picture Ginnie. Thanks for the nice words smile
