photoblog image Pepper

Pepper

Continuing with my collection of details. This one took a bit of effort as it was at a height of about 15 feet. I had to place a ladder against a wall and do a balancing act with my camera. Not sure if the shot is worth the effort, I certainly don't like the white light in the right side.

Pepper is amongst the most expensive spices that is exported from India. It is usually picked before it is as ripe as this one. It is then dried in the sun till all moisture evaporates and it attains the black color that we see.

I agree that this is a worthy image, Thomas, especially since this may be the first time I've ever seen pepper on a tree! Wow. I'm getting my education. Thank you!
