OMG, Thomas. Creepy is one way to describe it! At first I saw asparagus (spargel--the white kind), then rhubarb, then cow udders....shall I go on?! grin Very, very creepy is right!
Thomas Mathew: Thanx Ginnie. I showed it to my team and trust me - I had a range of wierd guesses then. BTW, this is a betelnut tree and not a Date Palm as I had earlier mentioned - sorry about that smile
