In search of greener pastures

Thanx to the zoom on my lenses that I was able to get this shot. On saturday, after clicking the Palash trees and flowers, I got out of the jungle and was driving around the hilly road when I spotted this old villager taking out his goats for grazing. He was trying to cross the road when I saw him. It took a while for me to pull over, get out of the car and get my camera ready. By then he was at quite a distance. First I thought about jumping on to the field and running after him to get a shot, but that would for sure have frightened his goats and he would have hurled the choicest of abuses at me :D So I thought of taking a long distance shot, not that I wasn't happy with the result, but I wish  he turned towards me atleast once during those many shots that I took :)

I liked the colours and the processing.
Looks a bit tilted to me?
Thomas Mathew: Thanx Anup, not sure about the tilt tongue

Fabulous, Thomas. All your efforts paid off. And since he's going in the same direction as the goats, the back view is appropriate. I LOVE the different-colored goats, and this does NOT appear tilted to me at all. The terrain is clearly very rocky!

Super shot. I would have stopped the car as well!
Thomas Mathew: Thank you so much Ginnie, as always, your comment inspires me to stop my car and get such shots grin
